Our Products

Bread baked in a wood-burning oven, stone-ground flours from the Mulino di Piezza flourmill, biodynamic wine from the Agriturismo I Cedri farmhouse and the aromatic vintage from the Podere Concori winery: we focus on authentic local products, and our partners have been selected with great care.

Ambrosia Gin

Ambrosia’ is a gin produced at the Tenute Collesi estate, in the heart of the region of Marche. It is characterised by unique essences and aromas such as rosemary, sage and lemons from Sicily.

Apicoltura Dr. Pescia

This Il Ciocco-branded honey is the fruit of the work of Apicoltura Dottor Pescia. Each year, in May, thanks to the technique of nomadic beekeeping, this apiculture company brings its apiaries (500 beehives) to Il Ciocco, where they remain until September. Here, in the midst of nature and far from any source of pollution, the bees produce high quality honey in different varieties that derive from monofloral selections (acacia, chestnut and woodland honeydew).

Il Caseificio Marovelli

The Caseificio Marovelli di Vibbiana dairy and its Bagiolo – a cow’s milk cheese with a natural mould rind.
Bagiolo cheese, a gold-medal winner at the Merano Wine Festival in 2017, embodies a love story of yesteryear, that of Grandpa Giovanni, founder of the dairy farm...

Cooperativa Agricola Le Tre Terre

Le Tre Terre Cooperative is entrusted with managing an age-old high altitude chestnut grove located in Il Ciocco Park, collecting chestnuts, mushrooms, and different types of berries.
A collaboration that brings genuine, wholesome quality products to our tables and that allows us to relive the experience of the “metati” (small stone huts built in the woods to dry chestnuts that were then turned into flour).

Maestà della Formica

Located in the town of Careggine, in the heart of the Parco delle Alpi Apuane park, this company produces fruit preserves and syrups using unique and often unusual combinations that yield an intense flavour.
Wild herbs, biodynamic methods and a vineyard dedicated to Riesling (at 1050 metres above sea level!): this project exudes passion and love for the land.
